Welcome to 1s1 Theatre and Why Not Theatre’s Hand in Hand video series, looking at Deaf-hearing theatre collaborations. This series is a culmination of almost a decade-long collaboration between Deaf actor Dawn Jani Birley and Why Not Theatre. In this series, Dawn speaks with Deaf artists from around the world, asking for their input and insight into how Deaf-led art can be made successfully for both Deaf and hearing audiences.
